Ed Begley Jr. is an American actor and environmental activist. He is best known for his role as Dr. Victor Ehrlich on the medical drama series St. Elsewhere. Begley's other TV credits include recurring roles on 7th Heaven, Six Feet Under, and Arrested Development.
Begley's film credits include This is Spinal Tap, Whatever Works, and Pineapple Express. He also starred in a trio of mockumentaries from Christopher Guest and Eugene Levy: Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, and For Your Consideration.
