Polls: When you vote in a poll, we will also record a unique user ID and your country and city based on geolocation data alongside your vote. We will publicly display your country and city along with your vote.

Quote Submissions: When you submit a quote to our site, we will also record your IP address with the quote. This information is not displayed publicly.

Contact Form: When you use our contact form, we also collect your name, e-mail address, IP address, and your country and city from geolocation data. We will only use this information for the purpose of dealing with your request.

How we use this information:

Log files are only used to analyze traffic to this website and protect our server. We may also rely on outside parties to collect information on visits made to this website.

Where the data is held

All data submitted to this site is held on our server in the United States of America. Backups and copies of this data may exist elsewhere in other competent jurisdictions.

How long we keep data

We only keep two months' of server log files. This means that January's log files will be deleted at the start of March.

We delete or anonymize data you submit to the website [eg. poll votes, episode ratings, quote submissions] thirty days after it is first recorded. This does not mean the user action is undone or never happened, but it does mean that data is no longer linked to an individual.
