Young Sheldon's second season goes out with a bang

The second season finale of Young Sheldon delivered the show's best ratings of the season last night, airing after the hour-long series finale of The Big Bang Theory.

"A Swedish Science Thing and the Equation for Toast" was watched by 13.60 million people, Young Sheldon's biggest audience since January 11, 2018. The show set a 2.1 rating in the key adults 18-49 demographic, its best performance since the first season finale on May 10, 2018.

Young Sheldon was by far the most-watched and highest-rated program in its time period. For the night overall, Young Sheldon was second only to The Big Bang Theory.
