CBS has issued the press release for the January 10 episode of Young Sheldon, "A Tummy Ache and a Whale of a Metaphor".

Valerie Mahaffey (Ms. Macelroy), Danielle Pinnock (Ms. Ingram) and Doc Farrow (Coach Wilkins) reprise their roles in the episode.

A Tummy Ache and a Whale of a Metaphor – When Sheldon has to spend a few days in the hospital, he turns into the world’s worst patient. Also, Missy gets a taste of what life would be like without her twin, on YOUNG SHELDON, Thursday, Jan. 10 (8:31-9:01 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The second season of Young Sheldon is currently talking a break over the Christmas/New Year holidays. A rerun of "A Rival Prodigy and Sir Isaac Neutron" will air this Thursday, December 27. The show returns January 3 with "A Race of Superhumans and a Letter to Alf".
